Meeting Rooms

We have rooms available for use by the local community, voluntary groups and local businesses. Flip charts, overhead projector and screen are available.

"An ideal venue for meetings, training, and social events."

We can also offer facilities to help with life skills in the kitchen and the café area. These areas can be hired out after our hot food service period has finished at 2.00pm. Contact Maureen or Amy to discuss your requirements.

What does it cost?

Free Room Hire

This is available for any group using the room the whole day (8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday) that we provide refreshments and lunch for.

Daily delegate rate of £ 10.50 Includes: tea/ coffee & biscuits on arrival and during your afternoon session, along with a lunchtime meal, dessert and a drink.

(Minimum 8 people).

or

Half day delegate rate of £8.50

Includes: tea/ coffee & biscuits on arrival along with a lunchtime meal, dessert and a drink.

(Minimum 8 people).

There is also free room hire Monday to Friday for a maximum of 2 hours for:

A minimum of 6 people having tea/coffee and biscuits @ £1.50 per person upon arrival.

Or

A minimum of 6 people having tea/coffee and cakes @£2.50 per person upon arrival.

Extras:

* Large bottles of water twice throughout the day £1.50 per bottle

* Orange or Apple Juice £1.50 per jug

* Additional Tea/ coffee & biscuits £1.50 per person

The standard rate for hiring the main meeting room:

Monday to Friday

£10 per hour - 8.00am to 5.00pm

£15 per hour - 5.00pm to 9.30pm

Saturday's

£20 per hour

For safety reasons please note we ask all delegates to park on the opposite side of the road to Noah' Ark.

Noah's Ark also provides value-for-money buffets and outside catering for various organisations throughout Calderdale. Buffets start from £4.00 per head and can be delivered for a small charge.
