Who we are

Noah's Ark

Noah's Ark was set up in 2001, by local people with a desire to enhance the quality of life for people living in and around the North Halifax area.

Who is it for?

Noah's Ark is a place for everyone, parents, toddlers, school children, teenagers, the elderly, workers and friends of all ages.

It provides training and employment opportunities for local people but also relies on part time voluntary work.

Who runs Noah's Ark?

A board of trustees oversees the running of the charity (Charity No: 1088063), ably supported by a number of volunteers and committed staff.

To enable us to fund the counselling services we offer, we rely on donations, fund raising events, sales in the café and grants from Charitable Trusts.
